After a PC crashed, I contacted Graeme to see if anything could be salvaged. I was concerned as I had a number of large files that I did not wish to lose as there was no back up. Graeme took my PC away, saved all of my data, installed a new SSD and memory which effectively gave me a new machine with far larger capacity, which is critical in my business. Thanks for your service and professionalism Graeme.

GMan has been looking after our construction company computers for the past four years.
Prior to him starting we had a range of “experts” from large IT firms that provided a series of poor solutions and worse service.
Gman undid all of the previously poor advice with minimum fuss and has had our IT needs covered efficiently ever since.
Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I’ve used GMan for my computer help for many years. He helped support a home based business with full PABX; he’s cleaned many hard drives; removed viruses. Most recently he rebuilt my laptop’s cooling system. It took many years to find an IT support partner who gets small to medium businesses and their challenges. GMan works fast, is highly skilled and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Graeme from GMan the PC Man has rescued me many times from IT disasters.
He knows how to deal with nasty viruses and scammers, and he keeps everything ship shape and in order.
I dropped and damaged my laptop screen twice, and twice he was able to repair and replace it, and twice it’s back to as good as new again.
He’s a gem, really.

GMan the PC man is a genuine IT professional. I’ve come across many IT people over my 21 years in small business and Graeme’s advice is not only technically sound but also cost considerate. Would have no hesitation in recommending him for small business or personal IT needs. He truly cares and always does the right thing, or at least has done for us when we have called upon his advice or services. He’s easy to get hold of which can be an issue with other people in this industry. And despite being a Geelong supporter, is actually a very personable fellow. Guess not everyone can be perfect!!!!

He is also proactive in forward planning to avoid issues. At the same time understands higher level strategy and constraints. His solutions are well thought through and bespoke, giving due consideration to the issues our business is dealing.
He is also a fun addition to the office when he is on site and works well with the wider team.
